Rusty Edward Sellner broke into the singer's Toluca Lake home on December 16 last year, stealing a large amount of property belonging to Cyrus and her brother.
In February, Sellner, 22, pleased no contest and entered the plea to one count of first-degree residential burglary
Miley Cyrus recently purchased a ranch home for $5million due to this incident.
